Mercure Bialystok

My recent stay at Mercure was fantastic! The staff was attentive and were great too make my stay enjoyable. They even allowed me to check in early and provided a vase for the flowers I brought. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered modern and spacious rooms with a great shower size. Its responsive and welcoming staff made the check-in quick and pleasant. the hotel's location was a key advantage because it was very close to the border, which is perfect for business trips. They also offered free breakfast and extended our check-out time without extra cost.

The hotel did not warn us about the party happening on the first floor, which made it hard to sleep due to the bass music. we had issues with the parking staff, as they charged us twice despite explaining that our driver had free parking permission due to a disability.

Exceptionally attentive and polite staff, early check-in, provided vase for flowers, helped with bags, tasty breakfast, cozy restaurant.

Found a hotel for Christmas getaway and it was worth it! Hotel is located near the city center and tourist attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they even allowed us to check-in early. The hotel offered a delicious Christmas breakfast and a cozy restaurant. The spacious room was definitely a plus, with a shower that was simply amazing.

Regrettably, the party that was held on the first floor was a huge disturbance for us. We could hear the bass music from our fourth-floor room throughout the evening and it hindered our sleep.
